Rednero TPO Services is led by Lawrence Orender, who spent nearly six years working as an Invisalign technician in a high-volume orthodontic practice.From 2014 to 2019, Lawrence worked under Dr. Mark Lowe, a nationally recognized orthodontist, educator, and speaker on clear aligner therapy. During this time he reviewed and revised digital treatment setups using ClinCheck and related software, focusing on staging strategy, movement predictability, and biomechanical realism.Over that period he participated in the optimization of more than 1,000 aligner cases, including both initial setups and refinements.Lawrence has also contributed to orthodontic training cases for the Community Regional Medical Center General Practice Residency (UCSF Fresno). Residents prepare their own aligner setups, which are then optimized and reviewed as part of a layered educational process.This experience provides a practical foundation for helping dentists improve predictability and tracking in aligner treatment.

Goal:
Ensure the digital treatment plan behaves predictably in the real world.Many aligner cases appear reasonable digitally but fail to track clinically. When this happens, treatment may stall and require mid-course corrections, additional chair time, and extended treatment duration.Treatment optimization focuses on realistic staging and biomechanics so that refinements become finishing adjustments rather than mid-treatment fixes.Common areas of optimization include:Treatment Feasibility

Workflow

Billing is calculated monthly based on the number of cases optimized during that calendar month.1–4 cases per month
